W dniu 12 czerwca 2015 r. w Marcq en Baroeul -  Francja odbyło się spotkanie pod auspicjami organizacji Entreprises & Cités, w którym uczestniczyli przedstawiciele wiodących koncernów francuskich z branży spożywczej, odzieżowej, sportowej, budowlanej, jak również z sektora usług prawnych i podatkowych. Na spotkaniu szeroko omówiono tematy związane z delegowaniem pracowników w ramach obszaru Unii Europejskiej, w szczególności aspekty dotyczące prawa pracy, prawa podatkowego  oraz ubezpieczeń społecznych. Kancelarię reprezentował Mecenas  Marek Kobiela, który przedstawił prezentację na powyższy temat  oraz brał udział w dyskusji, wymianie poglądów oraz  doświadczeń w omawianej dziedzinie. Prezentacja spotkała się z dużym zainteresowaniem uczestników, a przedstawiciele Entreprises & Cités wyrazili chęć dalszej współpracy z Kancelarią w zakresie udziału w forum kontaktu i wymiany informacji w ramach przedmiotowej organizacji.   
On 12th June 2015 in Marcq en Baroeul – France, a meeting was held under the auspices of the organization Entreprises & Cités which was attended by the representatives of the leading French companies in the food, apparel, sports and construction industry as well as from legal and tax services sector. Topics related to posting of workers within the European Union area were widely discussed at the meeting, in particular labour law, tax and social security aspects. Our Law Firm was represented by the attorney-at-law Mr. Marek Kobiela, who made a presentation on the abovementioned subject and took part in discussions and exchange of views and experience in this field. The presentation was well received and generated decided interest among participants. The representatives of Entreprises & Cités expressed their willingness to further cooperation with our Law Firm in terms of participation in the forum and in the exchange of information within the organization at hand.
