How we work
Each client’s matters are handled by one, designated legal adviser or a trainee.
The legal services are provided at our office, within its working hours; at the client’s office (depending on the details of the contract); or, if necessary, at a place and time specified by the client or following from the specific character of a case. Any client who signs a contract concerning provision of legal services with Kobiela and Szczęsny Law Firm is also entitled to receive legal advice by phone. It is also possible for us to contact and work for our clients with the use of e-mail or make information available on our server, ensuring data security.
We are ready to provide our clients with an update on relevant legal provisions, judicial decisions and any changes in the area of law that is of interest to the client. We also offer our clients access to selected legal information after they log in on our website.
To ensure continuity of services at all times, in the case of the designated lawyer’s or trainee’s illness, leave or absence, all matters normally handled by them are transferred to his or her assistants. More complex cases are given special attention by the entire team of lawyers.
Kobiela and Szczęsny Law Firm provides representation before civil, administrative, and common courts of law. We, nevertheless, always seek ways to reach amicable settlements, in order to minimise the costs which judicial proceedings incur and avoid the long waiting time for a case to be resolved in court.
